Dr. Saunders is easily the best dentist I've ever had. She's thorough and explains everything clearly, and is really great at making you feel comfortable even with more in-depth procedures.

Had been with HMC Dental many years and so was not sure about the new practice after it was sold --- but had my first appointment with Dr. Sarah Saunders and absolutely loved, loved, loved her! She was thorough, friendly, talked me through her findings and made some helpful recommendations. She made me feel very confident in my dental health and comfortable working with her. Was glad I tried the new office! The fantastic office manager Jamie is no longer with the practice, but new front desk manager, Fauzia, is lovely and very friendly and helped me with my insurance questions. Overall the practice has a great vibe and will stay with it!

Dr. Sarah Saunders and her team are the absolute best! Wonderful diagnostic equipment, thorough explanations, and a laser sharp focus on patient care. In the midst of an emergency, Dr. Sarah Saunders took the time to refer me for immediate additional care that accepted my insurance, saving me from additional complications — and I was a new patient! Have already recommended her to my friends and neighbors. I’ve never had a better dental experience!

By far my favorite dental practice I have ever used. Jamie the office manager is so warm and personable and efficient, the hygienists are all top notch and caring, and Dr. Reagan is skilled, kind, and honest. He will not try to sell you something you don’t need like so many dentists these days. Most people dread going to the dentist, but I look forward to it. Cannot recommend this practice highly enough!

I highly recommend this dental clinic. I’ve been a patient here for 13 years. Britney consistently demonstrates exceptional professionalism and expertise. Her meticulous attention to detail and dedication to patient care make every visit a positive experience. Dr. Reagan takes the time to explain procedures thoroughly, ensuring that patients feel comfortable and informed. Equally commendable is Super Jamie, whose friendly demeanor and organizational skills create a welcoming environment from the moment you step into the office. She efficiently manages appointments, maintains clear communication, and always greets patients with a warm smile. The office is very clean and has a modern style. Oops, I almost forgot Maria, who is also part of the friendly staff.

After my dentist retired it took me a few years to find someone that I trusted and liked. Well that wait was worth it - finding my way to Dr. Jeffrey Reagan was like winning the DDS Lottery! He and his staff are awesome! I am always happy to refer friends and co-workers to his practice. For me his Hell's Kitchen location is perfect.

Always a positive and painless experience from the moment you walk in to the clean and beautiful office through the gentle ministrations of the hygienist and final check by Dr. Reagan. I actually look forward to my visits to the dentist! How many people can say that? I call it my dental spa day!
